Many organizations representing academia, government, business, and urban communities were present at Urban Entrepreneurship Symposium 2015. Among these was the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. In addition to its role in regulating monetary policy, the Fed studies, analyzes, and documents economic conditions and trends. Following #UES2015, the Chicago Fed posted a summary of the event on its blog. This document summarized the meaning and purpose of urban entrepreneurship nicely, and provided a good and succinct summary of the event. We wish to thank the Chicago Fed for their participation, and look forward to continuing and enhancing our association in 2016.
