Pitches turn ideas for urban-focused businesses into opportunities that can be explored, shared, and developed. A Pitch identifies who a business will serve, the problem it will address, the solution it will provide, what will make it distinctive, and how its operations will be sustained over time.
UEI members can browse Pitches for inspiration, discover ventures and entrepreneurs they want to connect with, or submit a Pitch of their own. A Pitch can start simply—with a business idea and a few concise answers—and can be brought to life with an illustration, elevator pitch, video, or pitch deck.
By sharing Pitches through UEI and participating Collections, innovators and entrepreneurs can tap into the knowledge, relationships, and resources of a broader community—helping promising ideas develop into businesses that improve quality of life in urban communities.
